Paxar Technical Support

We offer email, fax and telephone technical support for the products we carry - and there is even more help available for all of the products - please see the more detailed notes below for each supplier.

One of the best ways to get support is email. Send your support request to tyoung@paxar.ca with the following information in your email:

1.) the name of the software and version
2.) your computer's operating system and version
3.) any other pertinent details of your setup
4.) description of the problem you are having.

If you prefer to use fax, please send this information to 250-746-0994.

Please use the telephone as a last resort as our technician is not always available. It is extremely important that we have as much information as possible before getting back to you and it has been our experience that this information is best provided using email or fax rather than voice mail.

Most of our suppliers provide a lot of information on their web pages, as well as access by email to their technical support staff.

Nemetschek - Vectorworks

If you need technical support for Nemetschek NA products, it is available in all kinds of places.

Start with your comprehensive manual(s), the interactive on-line help, and the included support DVD's.  Often the answer is right at your fingertips or actually on the computer.

We strongly suggest you sign up for the DIGEST version of the Vectorworks Mailing List. Although more information than you may really need to know comes out every day, this community of dedicated Vectorworks users provides a tremendous amount of support for both new and experienced users.
